We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the marketplace, and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the site.

Information you provide

Account details (name, email, password), vendor profile details (business name, categories, service area, photos, and description), and event submission details you send for review.

Marketplace activity

Directory browsing and interactions, messages or inquiries, saved items, and review content (star ratings and written comments) associated with your account.

Payment information

If paid features are introduced, payments may be processed by a third-party provider. We do not store full payment card numbers; the provider may collect billing details to complete the transaction.

Device and usage data

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP), pages viewed, and referral URLs. This helps us keep the site secure and improve performance.

Cookies and similar technologies

Vendor profile information you choose to publish (such as business name, categories, service area, and description) may be visible in the vendor directory. Event lead accounts do not have public profiles.

Reviews you submit may be displayed publicly along with your account name or a display name, depending on how the feature is configured. We may remove reviews that violate our policies.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and security. They may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
